While reactive performance describes the accident frequency rate, proactive performance aims to ensure that all teams can connect with this data and understand its impact. With this application, the Proactive HSE Target, which includes the steps of the HSE Culture Development Program, generates the energy for the entire company to run towards the zero accident target.
HSE Culture Development Program at Borusan EnBW Energy is followed through 18 main headings within the Parker&Hudson method and is measured regularly every year with this method. With this measurement, employees better perceive the security in every job they do, share it with each other, learn from each other and develop it according to their needs. In short, it is building a positive and productive safety culture with its own hands.
